How long until I should expect to see results?  

It took years to get here, so it will also take some time to heal. Some of the women who went through Root Cause Radiance experience great improvements in the first 4-8 weeks. Others needed 6 months or more. Every body is different and we have to be patient and consistent. I can’t give you a specific timeline, it will just depend on how your body responds and heals.

Once I join, can I reach out to you if I have any questions?

Absolutely! I’ll be with you every step of the way. I know how confusing and frustrating it can be especially when you can’t find an answer to your question. Are there any side effects that I could experience?

Perhaps as you’re weaning off certain skincare products or supplements, or as you’re changing some of your eating habits, you could experience temporary side effects. What if I have special dietary restrictions? 

I suggest getting the Acne Healing Meal Generator if you have dietary restrictions. That way you can get more customized meal plans for your preferences. That being said my approach to wellness emphasizes animal based nutrient dense protein sources so if you're vegan and not willing to change that, this course is not for you. However, I encourage you to change your mindset around eating animals and reach out to me if you need more information as to why eating animals is better for our health.
